The major indices posted solid gains on light volume yesterday. The Ts indicators closed at 0.95 and 1.08 and we remain in a Up/Dn Overbought condition. The Ts indicators closed at 1.21 and 1.12 and as both are now above 1.00 we are in an Up trend. As the 10 week moving average on the S&P 500 is above the 50 week moving average we are said to be in an UP/UP trend. The best time to buy in the UP/UP trend is on pullbacks. We are currently on a near term Overbought signal so we will wait before adding back long side exposure with any increased conviction. We closed yesterday with a 25% net long position.
