Payment and Renewal:

Payment for your subscription is due in advance of the subscription period you select. We feature 4 types of subscriptions. Trial, Monthly, Biannually and Annually

1. Trial
This is a one (1) month membership. You will be required to submit a credit card and for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the rate of $19.95 until your cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership before the end of your one (1) month trial, you will not incur any future charges.

2. Monthly (30 days)
This is $19.95 per month membership. You will be required to submit a credit card and for your convenience, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the rate of $19.95 until your cancel your membership. If you cancel your membership seven (7) days before the end of the membership term, you will not incur any future charges.

3. Quarterly (90 days)
This is $52.95 for a six (3) month membership. Your membership wilt automatically renew.

4. Biannually (180 days)
This is $99.95 for a six (6) month membership. Your membership will not automatically renew.

5. Annually (360 days)
This is $189.95 for a one (1) Year membership. Your membership will not automatically renew..

Cancellation:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime and your cancellation takes effect immediately.

Termination:
Stockpicks.com reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the Stockpicks.com site or cancel membership in Stockpicks.com without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use.
